What is the young women in stem conference?

The Young Women in STEM Conference aims to inspire, engage, and empower young women who are considering a career in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) by connecting them with female STEM professionals. The Young Women in STEM Conference encourages girls to pursue leadership positions, cultivate  research skills, and providing professional opportunities within STEM while providing a supportive community. We aspire to be national and global leaders in designing and implementing innovative & high quality informal STEM education programs that inspire girls to pursue their passions. Empowering marginalized young women to pursue careers in STEM will add nuanced perspectives that will lead to the world's greatest new innovations. The Young Women In STEM Conference will be the bridge for girls to get from the classroom to the board room
